Modem information

Please note: Some modems do not include WiFi ("No WiFi"), a separate WiFi router is needed to broadcast WiFi. WiFi routers can be purchased from any electronics store (e.g. Bestbuy, Amazon.ca)

Please note that if you choose to use your own modem, following information must be 100% accurate for the service to work. Any errors will prevent the service from working and can take several days to resolve.

Installation Information
After we receive the order, we will check if the cable line to your address is still connected. If it is, you can simply self-install the modem by connecting it to the cable outlet. Most new customers qualify for this and we will notify you by email if you qualify, so you can connect the modem yourself and start using our service. If we find the line to your address is not connected, we will use the scheduling information below to book a technician installation appointment. Your service will be ready after the installation appointment.

COVID Screening and Terms of Service

By clicking “Submit Order” you confirm that no one who lives in your household, including you:

  • is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or has had close personal contact with anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days
  • has traveled internationally in the last 14 days, or come into close personal contact with anyone that has travelled internationally in the past 14 days
  • has been contacted by Public Health or a business about a positive COVID-19 case

Please advised that if the technician does enter a customer's home, the customer will be required to wear a mask if in the same room as the technician, until further notice. Customers who do not wish to wear a mask will be asked to leave the room the technician is working in.
