Fast & reliable internet starts here.
Keep pushing forward, we've got your back.
1
Choose your plan and modem.
Unlimited data.
All our plans come with unlimited data usage. The only difference between plans is the speed. Internet 80 is our most popular choice and should be sufficient for most customers.
Modem and WiFi router.
Our plans include free modem rental (just pay a refundable equipment deposit). You can also bring your own compatible modem. If you opt for a non-WiFi modem, you'll need to supply your own WiFi router. Alternatively, we can provide you with both a modem and WiFi router for a higher refundable deposit.
2
Receive your modem.
Modem from JUCE.
If you opt to get a modem from JUCE, you can expect to receive it within 1-3 business days. We typically ship modems either the same day or the next day, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your modem has been shipped.
Bring your own modem.
If you've chosen to use your own modem, please ensure it is compatible. Email support@juce.ca with a clear photo of the label on your modem displaying its model, S/N, and MAC addresses. This will allow us to activate your modem accurately and promptly.
3
Service Activation.
Usually, within 2-4 business days after you sign up online, you will receive an email from us informing you about the service activation
Self-installation
If you receive an email from us confirming your order qualifies for self-installation, your modem has already been activated, and the service is ready for use. Simply locate an active cable outlet in your home to connect the modem.
If multiple cable outlets are available, usually not all of them is active. You can determine which one is active through trial and error testing:
1. Plug the modem into a cable outlet and wait approximately 5 minutes.
2. If the first 4 lights on the modem turn solid, it indicates the modem is online and ready. You can then connect your router.
3. If only the power light is solid and the second light is flashing after 5 minutes, this cable outlet does not have a signal and is inactive.
4. If none of the available cable outlets work after testing, please contact support@juce.ca for assistance. We may need to schedule a technician to install it for you.
Technician Install.
If you receive an email from us confirming a technician appointment for your service installation, it indicates that our initial checks revealed the cable line to your home is not connected. Therefore, a technician visit is necessary to establish the connection.
4
WiFi router.
Modem without built-in WiFi.
Once you've confirmed that the modem is online (with the first 4 lights solid), you can connect your WiFi router to the modem. WiFi routers typically have 5 Ethernet ports on the back, and you should connect the Ethernet cable from the modem to the port labeled WAN or Internet on the router.
Most WiFi routers have the SSID (WiFi network name) and WiFi password printed on the bottom for easy reference. Some routers may require you to visit a setup wizard to complete the setup process before you can connect to the internet.
Modem with built-in WiFi.
You do not need a separate WiFi router. Your modem includes WiFi and you can only use the built-in WiFi on the modem. WiFi name and password can be found on a white sticker on the modem.
5
Simple Billing. Know what to expect.
Your internet billing does not start from when you sign up online. Instead, your billing start date is the service activation date as confirmed in the service activation email.
Thanks to pre-authorized payments, billing is easy. The first month's charge will be billed to your credit card on the service activation date (e.g., the first day of your service). Subsequent monthly fees will be automatically billed to your credit card on the same date each month.
