We proudly own and operate our network, featuring multiple redundant upstream paths from Vancouver and Seattle. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards.
Monthly fees will be charged automatically to the card on your account. You will receive an email receipt with every transaction. You can update the card on your account and view the past transaction in your account portal.
For existing customers with good payment history, we also accept bill payment. Instead of automatic charges to credit cards, we can send you monthly invoices by email to be paid by bill payment.
We charge a non-refundable $49.95 plus tax activation fee, which covers order processing, shipping & handling, and service activation.

You will need both :)
A modem is the device that provides your internet service. It typically has one Ethernet port and no WiFi capability. A WiFi router plugs into the modem and broadcasts a WiFi signal, allowing multiple devices to connect wirelessly.
We provide free equipment rental with a refundable equipment deposit. You have the option to rent just a modem from us and use your own WiFi router, or you can rent both modem and WiFi router from us for a higher refundable deposit.
Super simple, call us or send an email to support@juce.ca from your account email with account details (service address, name on account), and confirm the date you want to cancel service. We can cancel service as early as the next business day.
JUCE has no long-term contracts or penalties for canceling. Our cancellation process is hassle-free and easy peasy.
2.4Ghz WiFi is long range, better at penetrating walls, but is slow. If you are in a multi-dwelling building with other people's WiFi around you, your speed can be slow and unreliable on this frequency due to interference and noise. Therefore, 5Ghz WiFi is the way to go in multi-unit buildings (apartments/condos).
5Ghz WiFi is short range, not good at penetrating walls, but fast. This frequency range isn't affected by interference from other people's WiFi. It is the best option in apartments and condos.
Usually less than a week from when you sign up online to service activation. Modem shipping typically only takes 1-3 business days from when you sign up, other parts of the service provisioning process take a bit longer. Overall, most new orders get completed within a week.
